Screw compression technology: solid structure, simple principle
Two counter-rotating rotors, connected to durable angular contact bearings, are used to compress air. The device has only two movable parts, which makes it extremely sturdy and simple in structure.

When the rotor rotates, the end of the rotor will automatically open and close the air inlet and outlet, so there is no need for additional valves and timing devices.

Since there is no need to install valves and there are few movable parts, reliability is enhanced and wear is minimized.

Since the compression cycle is continuous and overlapping, the screw design must be as vibration-free as possible.

The rotor rotates to the end, the air inlet opens, and the air enters the compression chamber. Air is sucked into the “air chamber” formed by the yin and yang rotors. As the rotor rotates, the air chamber will gradually become smaller, thereby compressing the air inside. Compressed air is discharged from the air outlet.
