Overview
Initially establish the system pressure when the air compressor is started to ensure that the pressure in the oil-gas separator is not less than 0.34mpa, ensure the normal circulating supply of air compressor oil and reduce oil consumption; When the pressure in the separator is greater than 0.34mpa and higher than the pipeline pressure, open the valve for external air supply; When the air compressor is unloaded, the valve plate of the minimum pressure valve falls back, cutting off the path between the compressed air pipeline and the air tank, preventing the compressed air in the pipe network from flowing back to the separator and the main engine, playing the role of one-way valve.
