Overview
The lubricating oil level sensor is a part that uses the oil to cause a change in the capacitance between the sensor housing and the sensing electrode after the oil enters the container and converts this change into a current change to detect the position (height) of the oil in the container. When the oil enters the container, it causes a change in the capacitance between the sensor housing and the sensing electrode. This change is converted by the circuit and is linearized and temperature compensated, and the 4-20mA standard signal is output to the display instrument.
The intake valve of the screw air compressor is divided into two types: cut-off intake valve and butterfly intake valve. The cut-off intake valve is suitable for air compressors with smaller flow from 0.6-25m3/min, and the butterfly intake valve is suitable for air compressors. The flow rate of the press is larger from 20-40m3/min
We usually see oil-level mirrors in screw air compressors, and many users do not know what an oil-level mirror is. The oil level mirror, as its name implies, is the observation window of the lubricating oil, through which the oil level change and use status of the lubricating oil can be observed intuitively.
Screw air compressor lubricating oil needs to be added or replaced after a period of use. Through the oil level mirror, the operator can see that the color of the air compressor oil becomes darker and black. When the oil is observed to deteriorate or the oil level drops to a certain level It can be replaced and added in time to avoid damage to the equipment caused by untimely replacement. If the single oil level mirror cannot be seen clearly, it can be removed and cleaned with moderate anti-rust water. Do not clean with gasoline to prevent the muddy gas from exploding in the compression chamber. After cleaning, be careful to prevent the oil mirror from twisting. burst.
