Overview
Working principle 46552506 Oil Cooler Ingersoll Rand:
The flow of compressed air and injected oil is driven by the pressure difference in the system and flows from the separator tank to the main compressor. When the oil temperature is lower than 77℃, the temperature control valve is closed, and the oil flows directly through the oil filter without passing through the Atlas Copco cooler and reaches the operating points of the main engine. As the heat generated by the compression process is absorbed, the oil temperature gradually rises. When the oil temperature is higher than 77°C (88°C 24KT model), the temperature control valve starts to open, and part of the oil flows through the Air cooler and then to the main engine through the oil filter.
