The Working Mode of the Solenoid Valve in the air compressor
When the system is in operation, the motor drives the air compressor, and the compressor sucks in air through the inlet air filter, compresses it, sends it to the refrigerator, and finally to the air receiver tank. At this stage, the solenoid valve is energized (power on), the circuit is closed, and the pressure is maintained. When the fuel tank reaches the required pressure, the pressure switch stops the motor, and the one-way valve (Check valve) keeps the air in the fuel tank. It prevents the compressor from being damaged by keeping it under pressure for too long. Then the solenoid valve is de-energized (power off) and the air in the air compressor is to be discharged.
